一、概要

AIma Wash & Dry（下稱「本應用程式」）由 BrightPath 開發及提供。我們的設計原則很簡單：能不收集的，就不收集。本應用程式沒有帳戶系統，不需要登記或登入，亦不會要求存取您的通訊錄、相片、麥克風或裝置定位。

我們不會收集、儲存或出售任何可識別您個人身分的資料，亦沒有安裝任何第三方分析、廣告或追蹤工具。

二、儲存在您裝置上的資料

以下設定只儲存在您手機或瀏覽器本機，不會傳送到我們或任何第三方的伺服器：

• 介面語言
• 您所選擇的地區（例如「港島」或「中倫敦」）
• 溫度單位（攝氏／華氏）
• 晾衣及床單日的記錄與設定
• 訂閱狀態的本機標記（用於離線時仍能開啟已付費功能）

您可以隨時在本應用程式的「設定」頁選擇「清除所有本機資料」，將以上資料全部刪除。解除安裝本應用程式亦會一併刪除。

三、天氣資料的處理

為顯示天氣，本應用程式會把您所選地區的固定經緯度座標（例如「港島」代表 22.276, 114.185）傳送至我們的伺服器，再由該伺服器向天氣資料供應商 Visual Crossing 查詢。

請留意：

• 本應用程式不會使用您裝置的 GPS 或定位功能，亦不會要求定位權限。傳送的是您自行從清單中選擇的地區座標，並非您的實際位置。
• 該座標不會與您的身分連繫，我們亦不會為此建立任何個人檔案。
• 與所有網絡通訊一樣，您的裝置在連線時會向伺服器提供 IP 位址。我們不會將 IP 位址用於分析、剖析或廣告用途。

四、第三方服務

各服務有其獨立的私隱政策，本政策不涵蓋其處理方式。

五、付款與訂閱

所有付款均由 Apple 透過 App Store 處理。我們不會接觸、儲存或處理您的信用卡號碼、帳單地址或任何付款資料。RevenueCat 只會告訴本應用程式「此裝置的訂閱是否有效」，不會提供您的個人身分資料。

六、兒童

本應用程式並非針對十三歲以下兒童而設，我們亦不會在知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。由於本應用程式根本不收集個人資料，此風險極低。

七、您的權利

由於我們並不持有任何可識別您身分的資料，一般而言我們沒有可供查閱、更正或刪除的個人資料。若您仍希望查詢，歡迎按下方電郵與我們聯絡。

八、政策更新

本政策如有修訂，我們會更新本頁頂部的生效日期。重大變更會在應用程式內另行說明。

1. Summary

AIma Wash & Dry (the "App") is developed and provided by BrightPath. Our design principle is simple: if we do not need it, we do not collect it. The App has no accounts, requires no registration or sign-in, and does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone or device location.

We do not collect, store or sell any personally identifiable information, and the App contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

2. Data stored on your device

The following settings are kept only on your phone or browser and are never transmitted to us or to any third party:

• Interface language
• The district you selected (for example "Hong Kong Island" or "Central London")
• Temperature unit (Celsius or Fahrenheit)
• Your laundry and bedsheet-day entries and settings
• A local flag recording subscription status, so paid features still open when you are offline

You can delete all of this at any time using "Clear all local data" in the App's Settings. Uninstalling the App also removes it.

3. How weather data is handled

To show the weather, the App sends the fixed latitude and longitude of the district you selected (for example "Hong Kong Island" means 22.276, 114.185) to our server, which then queries the weather data provider Visual Crossing.

Please note:

• The App does not use your device's GPS or location services and never asks for location permission. What is sent is the coordinate of a district you chose from a list, not your actual position.
• That coordinate is not linked to your identity, and no profile is built from it.
• As with any network request, your device supplies an IP address when it connects. We do not use IP addresses for analytics, profiling or advertising.

4. Third-party services

Each service operates under its own privacy policy, which this policy does not cover.

5. Payments and subscriptions

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see, store or handle your card number, billing address or any payment details. RevenueCat only tells the App whether a subscription on this device is currently active; it does not supply your identity.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Since the App collects no personal data at all, this risk is minimal.

7. Your rights

Because we hold no information that identifies you, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct or delete. If you would like to ask anyway, please email us using the address below.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be explained inside the App.
