一、概要

MyColorune 元素知色（下稱「本應用程式」）由 BrightPath 開發及提供。我們的設計原則很簡單：能不收集的，就不收集。本應用程式沒有帳戶系統，不需要登記或登入，亦不會要求存取您的通訊錄、麥克風或裝置定位。

我們不會出售您的資料，亦沒有安裝任何第三方分析、廣告或追蹤工具。

二、儲存在您裝置上的資料

以下資料只儲存在您手機本機，不會傳送到我們的伺服器：

• 您輸入的出生日期、出生時間及出生地所屬時區，用於計算每日配色及相關內容
• 介面語言及其他顯示設定
• 所選城市
• 幸運瓶的日記文字、感恩記錄及衣櫃記錄（包括您拍攝或選取的衣物相片）
• 訂閱狀態的本機標記（用於離線時仍能開啟已付費功能）

您可以在本應用程式內清除個人設定，並分別管理或刪除日記及衣櫃記錄。不同資料區的刪除範圍不同，請先備份想保留的內容。解除安裝本應用程式會一併刪除裝置上的資料。

本應用程式目前沒有提供雲端同步服務。刪除應用程式、清除裝置資料或遺失裝置，都可能導致記錄遺失，建議定期匯出備份。

三、相機與相片

只有當您使用記錄衣物顏色的功能時，本應用程式才會請求相機或相片庫權限，用來拍攝或選取衣物相片。相片只保存在您的裝置上，不會上傳到我們的伺服器。您可以拒絕這些權限，其他功能仍可使用。

四、天氣資料的處理

為顯示天氣，本應用程式會把您所選城市的經緯度座標，或您在搜尋欄輸入的城市名稱，傳送至我們的天氣中介伺服器，再由該伺服器向天氣資料供應商 Visual Crossing 查詢。

• 本應用程式不會使用您裝置的 GPS 或定位功能，亦不會要求定位權限。傳送的是您自行選擇的城市座標，並非您的實際位置。
• 該資料不會與您的身分連繫，我們亦不會為此建立任何個人檔案。
• 與所有網絡通訊一樣，您的裝置在連線時會向伺服器提供 IP 位址。我們不會將 IP 位址用於分析、剖析或廣告用途。

您的出生資料不會傳送到天氣服務或任何其他伺服器。

五、第三方服務

各服務有其獨立的私隱政策，本政策不涵蓋其處理方式。

六、付款與訂閱

本應用程式提供自動續期訂閱（月費及年費）。合資格的新用戶可先享 7 日免費試用，試用期結束後才開始收費。訂閱會自動續期，除非您在當期結束前至少 24 小時取消。您可隨時在 Apple 帳戶的訂閱設定中管理或取消訂閱。

所有付款均由 Apple 透過 App Store 處理。我們不會接觸、儲存或處理您的信用卡號碼、帳單地址或任何付款資料。RevenueCat 只會告訴本應用程式「此裝置的訂閱是否有效」，不會提供您的個人身分資料。

七、匯出與分享

當您主動匯出備份或使用分享功能時，您選定的內容會交給系統的檔案或分享面板，由您選擇儲存位置或接收的應用程式。這些副本由您所選的服務及其私隱政策處理；在本應用程式內刪除記錄，不會同步刪除那些副本。

八、兒童

本應用程式並非針對十三歲以下兒童而設，我們亦不會在知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。

九、您的權利

由於您的個人記錄只儲存在您自己的裝置上，我們一般沒有可供查閱、更正或刪除的個人資料。若您仍希望查詢，歡迎按下方電郵與我們聯絡。

本政策如有修訂，我們會更新本頁頂部的生效日期。重大變更會在應用程式內另行說明。

1. Summary

MyColorune (the "App") is developed and provided by BrightPath. Our design principle is simple: if we do not need it, we do not collect it. The App has no accounts, requires no registration or sign-in, and does not request access to your contacts, microphone or device location.

We do not sell your data, and the App contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

2. Data stored on your device

The following is kept only on your phone and is not transmitted to our servers:

• The birth date, birth time and birthplace time zone you enter, used to calculate daily colours and related content
• Interface language and other display settings
• The city you selected
• Luck-bottle journal entries, gratitude records and wardrobe records (including clothing photos you take or choose)
• A local flag recording subscription status, so paid features still open when you are offline

You can clear your profile settings inside the App and manage or delete journal and wardrobe records separately. These controls cover different data sets, so back up anything you want to keep first. Uninstalling the App removes the data on your device.

The App currently provides no cloud sync. Deleting the App, clearing device data or losing your device may result in lost records, so we recommend exporting backups regularly.

3. Camera and photos

The App asks for camera or photo-library permission only when you use the feature that records clothing colours, to take or choose a clothing photo. Photos stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. You may refuse these permissions and still use the rest of the App.

4. How weather data is handled

To show the weather, the App sends the latitude and longitude of the city you selected, or the city name you type into search, to our weather relay server, which then queries the weather data provider Visual Crossing.

• The App does not use your device's GPS or location services and never asks for location permission. What is sent is the coordinate of a city you chose, not your actual position.
• That data is not linked to your identity, and no profile is built from it.
• As with any network request, your device supplies an IP address when it connects. We do not use IP addresses for analytics, profiling or advertising.

Your birth information is never sent to the weather service or to any other server.

5. Third-party services

Each service operates under its own privacy policy, which this policy does not cover.

6. Payments and subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual). Eligible new users receive a 7-day free trial first; billing starts when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see, store or handle your card number, billing address or any payment details. RevenueCat only tells the App whether a subscription on this device is currently active; it does not supply your identity.

7. Export and sharing

When you choose to export a backup or use the share feature, the content you select is passed to the system file or share sheet, where you choose the destination. Those copies are handled by the service you choose under its own privacy policy; deleting a record in the App does not delete those copies.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Your rights

Because your personal records are stored only on your own device, we generally hold no personal data for us to access, correct or delete. If you would like to ask anyway, please email us using the address below.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be explained inside the App.
